The finished product!
This banana mug cake is delicious, with one bite a burst of flavor hits your mouth. It only takes 5 minutes and the end result tastes amazing! I got this recipe from Baking It Easy by Eloise Head.
Ingredients:
½ of a large overripe banana
3 ½ tbsp of flour
¼ tsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of maple syrup or honey
2 tsp of milk
Milk chocolate chips
Steps:
Begin by taking your banana and mashing it up in a small bowl until it is puréed.
Pour it into your mug, add all the other ingredients, and mix together.
Fold in the chocolate chips and add some on top.
Put in Microwave for about a minute, depending on your microwave.
When it comes out, let it cool for 2 minutes until eating!
