Dunkin and Starbucks drinks for the holiday season.
Coming into the holiday season, Dunkin’ and Starbucks have both released their winter menus. Now it’s time to choose who wins this season. Can Dunkin’ take the gold?
Here are the holiday menus:
Dunkin:
Cookie Butter Cold Brew
Hash Brown Brisket Scramble
Holiday Cookie Iced Signature Latte
Almond Croissant
White Hazelnut Bark Iced Coffee
Peppermint Mocha Signature Latte
Free Donut Wednesday (up until Dec. 25!)
Starbucks:
New Cran – Merry Orange Refresher
New Cran – Merry Orange Lemonade Refresher
New Cran – Merry drink
Peppermint Mocha
Caramel Brulée Latte
Chestnut Praline Latte
Iced Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte
Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai
Holiday Cold foams
New Turkey Sage Danish
New Dark Toffee Bundit
New Penguin Cookie
New Snowman Cake Pop
Sugar Plum Cheese Danish
Cranberry Bliss Bar
Here are the results of the form:
Starbucks won once again, but at a slimmer margin. Starbucks has more choices on their menu, but many people liked the free donut on Wednesdays that Dunkin’ offers. Some argued that Dunkin has better food, whereas Starbucks has better drinks.
I wanted to solidify the results, so I gathered anonymous quotes:
“I like Starbuck more because I feel like there are more options to eat. I like the sugar plum cheese danish. But it’s really expensive”
“I really love Dunkin’s cheap prices, and my fave is hot cocoa with marshmallows and whipped cream + it’s only 2.88 (WHAT??? Starbies can’t go that low!!!)”
“DONUTS AND MUNCHKINS ALSO COOLADAS”
“…Dunkin has better food but starbucks has great drinks”
“My favorite winter item is the Starbucks peppermint moca. It is Christmas in a drink!!”
“Starbucks has more kid friendly drinks”
In conclusion, people still have mixed feelings about who is better, but evidence shows that Starbucks is on a winning streak!
