The Flow of Words
A word is simply a word
A sentence is simply a sentence
A phrase is simply a phrase
It’s the feeling that makes it dance
A single, little word
Strung together with others on golden strings
The ability to dazzle
And capture tiny things
Categorizing is human nature
But words are not strategic
they’re full of danger
Thrills, chills, sobs and smiles
These are the effects that make reading worth while
A roller coaster of words
Up and down
A changing cycle
Not round and round
And yet there is so much lacking
In a word
They just can’t fully describe a feeling
The emotions are too strong
They rise past the ceiling
