For some reason, in the fall I feel like I want to bake every day. I am sure some people feel this way too. It gets dark so early in the night, so it is so cozy, which is the perfect time for baking!
These blondies are unreal with a nutty butter flavor, a moist inside flavor, and a hard outer layer. They are super easy to whip up on a cold winter day! I got this recipe from Biggerbolderbaking.com.
What you will need:
- 1 cup of butter melted
- 2 cups of brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 ½ cups of white chocolate chips
How to make these:
Preheat the oven to 350. Line a 8×8 pan with parchment paper. Melt the butter for 30-23 seconds in a microwave safe bowl. In a bowl mix together the brown sugar and melted butter.
Make sure the butter isn’t too hot. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Mix in the flour and salt until combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips. Pour batter into the pan and cook for 30 minutes.
Make sure not to over bake. Cool blondies before cutting into them.
To make them extra special top with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce! Enjoy!
