This banana mug cake is delicious, with one bite a burst of flavor hits your mouth. It only takes 5 minutes and the end result tastes amazing! I got this recipe from Baking It Easy by Eloise Head.
Ingredients:
- ½ of a large overripe banana
- 3 ½ tbsp of flour
- ¼ tsp of baking powder
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup or honey
- 2 tsp of milk
- Milk chocolate chips
Steps:
- Begin by taking your banana and mashing it up in a small bowl until it is puréed.
- Pour it into your mug, add all the other ingredients, and mix together.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and add some on top.
- Put in Microwave for about a minute, depending on your microwave.
- When it comes out, let it cool for 2 minutes until eating!
