Montrosians Elect Executive Student Government for 2016-2017
“Although Oxford dictionary may beg to differ, I believe that a president should not only lead, but inspire the people,” said Nathalie Rodriguez Vaz Falcao in her speech for the Executive President position.
During Common Homeroom on Tuesday, May 17th, Montrose students, faculty, and some alumni heard the speeches for Executive Stud Gov positions. After hearing five exceptional speeches, Montrosians returned to school on Wednesday to vote. At the end of the school day, students could discover the winners from posters hung around the school.
Congratulations to President Nathalie Rodriguez Vas Falcao ’17, Vice President Sarah McAuliffe ’17, Treasurer Sophia Sardegna ’18, and Secretary Cece Whitlock ’19 for the 2016-2017 school year! We look forward to exciting new changes and continuing favorite Montrose traditions.
