Students filled the gym with curiosity and excitement during this year’s Club Fair, held on Sept. 25. This year, a total of 47 clubs were represented, showcasing a wide variety of booths – from academically-focused clubs to ones centered around sports, hobbies and social causes.
Both new and returning students had the chance to explore their interests or try something new, with many clubs welcoming members with no prior experience needed!
Students and club leaders alike enjoyed the exciting atmosphere. Co-leader of the Book Club and co-president of Clef Hangers Vanessa Trujillo ‘30 shared: “I was happy to see so many students step out of their comfort zone and try something new. So many students here at Montrose have the opportunity to explore so many passions and meet new people and seeing people get to do that warms my heart!”
Another student mentioned: “The club fair was so fun… I didn’t know there were so many clubs I’d be interested in and now I’ve signed up for so many!”
Everyone left the club fair feeling excited to dive into a new year of clubs and activities! If you missed the fair, it’s not too late to join a club! Reach out to club leaders or check with the Student Engagement office for more information.
