The JV lacrosse team is looking forward to a very successful and exciting season! The team has a great combination of girls picking up a stick for the first time and girls who have picked up a stick a thousand times. Although they haven’t had any games yet, each practice has been fun, and has definitely helped to improve all of their lacrosse skills. Their coaches, Ms. Stebbins and Ms. Moran, have made practices fun, and each practice has helped all players improve. One eighth grader on the team added, “JV lacrosse has been awesome so far and I look forward to our first game on Wednesday!” Elizabeth Barrette ‘29 said, “JV lacrosse has gotten off to a great start! The warm weather has made the practices so fun and so have Ms. Moran and Ms. Stebbins. We have two games next week, and I think we are all ready. All the girls on JV lacrosse are so fun to play with, and I know we are going to do well this season! Go Mavs!” Marae McCarthy ‘29 commented: “JV lacrosse has been a great experience from the practices to our first game coming up. I am so excited for the rest of the season!”

The first JV lacrosse game will take place on Wednesday, April 12th on Miracle Field against Ursuline Academy. All in all, JV lacrosse has been an amazing experience for each and every player on the team, and we’re all looking forward to having fun and working together to win our games this season!
